Beautiful KOA!! We have stayed at several KOA's but this one is by far one of our favorites. It was more than a campground, it was like being at a all-inclusive resort. Very impressive & would very much recommend. Hopefully we will be back again soon. (:

Beautiful campground ! Very much Resort camping, all the amenities! Beautiful pool, nice beach area. Lots of things to rent like bikes, boats, kayaks, etc. Nice store, pool bar - Lava Flow my favorite pool drink!! Nice laundry. Good site size - nice landscaping between sites.

To many decorated rocks hard to pull in or out with a43foot fifth wheel bushes need to be trimmed had to have person in front of me to be able to pull out when leaving your way overpriced

Great campground. Beautiful sites. Pool was very nice and we enjoyed the small beach area. Food was amazing from the store. Nice bar area. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Sugarloaf Key for six nights. The campground/resort was fabulous. All of the workers were very courteous and the grounds were immaculate. The facility was so nice that we spent two of our days enjoying the many amenities of the resort instead of going into Key West

Beautiful landscaping, grounds and amenities. Staff everywhere and very friendly. Kayak Access site was great however did not match the pictures. Entry is off a concrete wall not a walk down. However we enjoyed the view it provided. It would be great if KOAs limited the number of dogs and dog size on a site. We had 3 very large dogs next to us and they barked a lot!

Landscaping is beautiful making sites feel very private. The staff are outstanding! The thick eel grass at the beach access makes that area unappealing, but KOA can't do anything about that. The pool is marvelous

Everything is great other than the sites are way too narrow and the landscaping makes it difficult and treacherous to get out of the motorhome. We have a 40 ft dp and three different spots didn't work for us. Amenities are great. Pool closes at dusk which is weird, but otherwise the poolside bar and restaurant is awesome.

Wow! We were thoroughly impressed with sugarloaf KOA. The staff went above and beyond keeping the park clean and were super friendly. The Bar was an excellent addition with high end liquor and the live music was enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to offer more/higher end wines/champagne to accompany the liquor. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent stay for our 3rd stay. The employees are so friendly. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly! I went in several times and each time they recognized me. Bar drinks were delicious. Immaculate campground. Only downer are the bugs, they’re horrible, but we know that’s just part of camping. We’ll be back!

This KOA is outstanding! The sites are private and very clean. The pool area is like a tropical paradise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the bartender, Kim especially!

Beautiful grounds and the patio sites were great with privacy. Love the pool area and bar. It was like a resort. The people running it were friendly and helpful. All in all one of the best resort rv parks every.

We found our stay underwhelming. The facilities were extremely clean and the grounds are well maintained. The RV slip, although beautifully landscaped, was difficult to move around the RV once the slides were open. The drinks are very pricey and the food is bland, overpriced, and all cooked in an air fryer. There were no activities for the kids, not even a playground.

Well maintained and clean park - the trees and tropical plants do a great job of separating the sites. The staff was great and the location is excellent - close enough to Key West to visit but out in the beauty of the Keys. The Relaxing Adventure boat trip and wander around the sand bar was outstanding.

First off your staff by far is the best I have ever come across! Your property is beautiful and well kept. There is not one negative thing I can say. The only thing I did see is around your pool area it does get slippery cause of the material laid and did witness a few falls. Maybe something you should look into, to avoid any personal injuries to any of the guest or staff.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever stayed! Grounds/sites were beautifully designed and maintained and the staff were incredibly friendly helpful and so service oriented!!!

We had a great time staying at this KOA. It is honestly the best KOA my family has every stayed at. It was very well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was always someone around if you had a question. My one thing that I wish was better was the closing time for the pool and bar. They both close at 9. Which left us really wanting more, a couple more hrs. Would have been great.

KOA Resort "DoneRight", we tell everyone, Once you stay here no other RV Resort will exceed what they have built in Sugarloaf and, That's why we keep coming back. Very well managed from the front office to the staff overseeing the grounds. See You Next Time

Wonderful stay we rebooked for next year. Things are a little narrow so if you have a bus or large Motorcoach I recommend calling for reservations so you will for sure have a site to fit your rig.

This is the RV park to stay at when visiting the Keys. Very clean! Staff is fantastic. Has nice pool area with cafe and bar. Gives a real safe feeling. Most of the time we left the truck open. Would definitely book again the next time we visit the Keys.

It’s a great location, the bar and pool are awesome, the baths and other facilities are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The road and sites are tight and a bit difficult to maneuver a big rig towing. Also, the gravel used to pave the sights is hard on human and pet feet. The dog park is small and there are a lot of campers with dogs. Overall it’s a very nice KOA.

We loved our stay but the bushes around the camper were very over grown. We had trouble walking around the motorhome due to overgrowth. But other than that the campground is beautiful.

Dieser KOA Camping Platz und Hotel ist Einer der schönsten Plätze die ich in den Florida Keys zum Urlaub machen gefunden habe und ich wohne ca. 20 Jahre schon in Südflorida, nicht weit weg von Miami.... Ich habe vor Kurzem mit meiner Familie aus Deutschland eines dieser tollen, komplett neu und super eingerichteten Hotelzimmer für 1 Woche gemietet... Es ist der Wahnsinn, echt....und Alles nur 20 Meilen von Key West und ca. 130 Meilen bis Cuba !....Die Zimmer können mit bis zu 6 Personen belegt werden und wenn du mit ein paar Freunden, oder Familie einmal nach den Florida Keys, nahe Key West kommen und absolut nichts Anderes tun wollt als ankommen, auspacken, genießen, keinen Camper in Position bringen, kein Zelt aufbauen wollt....dann ist das genau das Richtige!!!.... Auch in einem gemieteten Campingmobil da runter fahren und "ankern", absolut ein tolles Erlebnis !!.... Ich komme hierher so oft es eben geht und Reservierung offen ist.... Probierts aus und ihr werdet begeistert sein !!... Frank, Margate, Florida ( Chemnitz 😉)
